Description

Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes and security audits. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.

 

As FSO and CSSO for the facility, will develop, and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. MSSEC

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:


6 Years with Bachelors; or 4 Year with Masters; experience will be considered in lieu of degree accepted; experience to include FSO/CSSO experience.

Active TS with ability to obtain and maintain SCI access. 


Preferred Qualifications:

 

Bachelors Degree.

TS with ability to obtain SCI

 

Experience with NISPOM requirements and ICD's.

Excellent speaking, writing skills and organized skills enabling effective communications.

 

Computer and desktop office software products experience.

 

Northrop Grumman policies and procedures familiarity.

 

Extensive experience with computers / desktop office software products,  and JPAS.

 

Counterintelligence, Insider Threat and OPSEC program experience.

 

Classification / DoD contract management and proposal reviews.
