Responsibilities are in more than one of the following facilities areas: facilities and property administration, office planning, corporate leasing or real estate coordination. Works closely with and/or provides advice and counsel to company and/or vendor representatives coordinating major facility constructions or modifications or leasing and real estate activities.
Provides day to day instructions, tasking, and project oversight to the janitorial staff
Overseas the maintenance/preventative maintenance to keeping the building in good order but not limited oversight of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
Coordinate the development of and maintain as built drawing.
Administer/track work orders via Service Desk computer based program.
Create and track purchase requisitions.
Coordinate with customer base and partners such as OT, EH&S and Security
