Northrop Grumman is proud to offer the Department of Defense (DOD) SkillBridge Program, which provides service members and veterans with invaluable civilian work experience and career support during their last 6 months of service, for up to 180 days.

Eligibility
To be eligible, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Has served at least 180 days on active duty
- Is within 12 months of separation or retirement
- Will receive an honorable discharge
- Has taken any TAPS/TGPS
- Has attended or participated in an ethics brief within the last 12 months
Additionally, Unit Commander (first O-4/Field Grade commander in chain of command) written authorization and approval to participate in DOD SkillBridge Program prior to start is required.

Specific open roles may be considered for SkillBridge opportunities. If you would like to apply to a full-time position, please complete the DOD SkillBridge prescreen form and include “DOD SkillBridge Eligible” on the top of your resume. Attach these documents to all applications.
