Thousands of enthusiastic Northrop Grumman employees are engaged in one of 13 Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that provide distinct benefits for both the member and the company. Across more than 260 chapters, these groups include those supporting African Americans, Asian Pacific Islanders, Hispanics, Native Americans, women, people with disabilities, veterans, LGBTQ+ employees, young professionals, parents, multiple generations, remote employees and environmentalists. Every ERG is inclusive of all employees.

The African-American Task Group's mission is to internally and externally reinforce Northrop Grumman’s commitment to attaining and maintaining an inclusive workforce by creating an atmosphere that attracts, promotes, and fosters development of diverse professionals across business areas. Our goal is to provide a forum and mechanism for positively impacting business outcomes with a focus on Professional/Leadership Development, Community Outreach, Networking/Mentorship, and Recruitment & Retention of the African-American community and other diverse communities across Northrop Grumman Corporation.

Asian Pacific Professional Network

The Asian Pacific Professional Network (APPN) shall be a driving force for Asian-Pacific Islander American (APIA) leadership, development, and engagement. APPN is an inclusive Employee Resource Group (ERG) committed to fostering APIA leadership at Northrop Grumman. This employee-based network will encourage APIA employees to seek growth and prepare them for leadership opportunities which will mutually benefit Northrop Grumman and its employees.

Our mission is to mobilize the talents and resources of Native Americans employed at Northrop Grumman and to gain recognition through networking and support from all levels of management, as well as, other networking groups who share a common goal of diversity in the workplace.

VERITAS is an all inclusive resource group committed to recognizing and supporting active duty, Reserve, National Guard and veterans through community outreach and networking programs aligned with company and sector-wide business objectives.
