Supporting our Employees

NAVIGATOR Program – The Navigator Program supports our newly hired veterans and matches each one with a volunteer Navigator to help provide direction as they transition from the military to the corporate world.

Operation IMPACT (Injured Military Pursuing Assisted Career Transition) is a unique, award-winning diversity program within Northrop Grumman focused on assisting severely wounded service members as they transition from the military to a private-sector career.

About Employee Resource Groups – ERGs

VERITAS is one of more than a dozen Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) at Northrop Grumman and are a key component of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I). ERGs are formed around common communities of interest in support of business objectives and are managed by employees.
