About the HBCU Invitational

The Northrop Grumman HBCU Invitational aims to engage and attract top technical and business students for entry-level and internship opportunities. Selected students will have the opportunity to participate in technology talks and workshops led by Northrop Grumman leaders, join panel discussions, and interview for internships and full-time positions.

Individuals will gain valuable insight into how our employees are inspiring, leading, and succeeding in a variety of roles across our company.
