Contract Benefits

  • There are no contract usage fees to place orders against the ITES-3S contract.
  • Decentralized Ordering — Orders may be placed by any contracting officer from the Army, DoD or other Federal Civilian agencies.
  • Ordering Contracting Officers (OCOs) are empowered to place orders. There is no approval, coordination or oversight imposed by the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) on OCOs. However, the PCO is available to provide guidance to OCOs.
  • The OCO, in conjunction with the Requiring Activity, develop the evaluation criteria and determine the basis for award.
  • Types of Task Orders: Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time and Materials (T&M) and Cost Reimbursement (CR).
