Northrop Grumman is seeking as Associate Logistics Planner or Logistics Planner. This position will be located at our Aeronautics Systems Sector in Melbourne, FL. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's Product Support organization.

Essential Functions:

The selected candidate will perform the following, including, but not limited to:

  • Analyzes technical data and reports to determine spares and support equipment provisioning requirements
  • Reviews site survey results and letters of offer and acceptance and formulates specific recommendations for spare/repair parts and support equipment
  • Manages and controls the asset position of customer inventories
  • May originate support plans for offer to potential customers and provide technical assistance to existing customer personnel
  • May forecast and manage budget system

Basic Qualifications:

This requisition may be filled at either an Associate Logistics Planner level (1) or a Logistics Planner level (2).

Basic Qualifications for an Associate Logistics Planner:

A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:

  • Be completing or has completed their Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Be majoring in or having majored in Business Administration, Business Management, Project Management, Supply Chain or related
  • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile)
  • Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) (as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)

Basic Qualifications for a Logistics Planner:

A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:

  • Be completing or has completed their Master’s degree from an accredited institution and 1 year of experience or is completing their Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 3 years of experience
  • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile)
  • Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.7/4.0 or higher
  • Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular)

Pay Range:

  • Associate Logistics Planner: $45,000 to $66,400
  • Logistics Planner: $53,500 to $80,300

Salary Range: $45,000 USD - $66,400 USD
Salary Range 2: $53,500 USD - $80,300 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
