Northrop Grumman Defense Systems sector’s is seeking a Senior Position Price to Win Analyst Lead capture efforts to secure new or re-compete contracts, or task order business. Develops capture strategy including business solution for pursuit of opportunities; identifies potential customers, competitive assessments, teaming suppliers, and prices-to-win; participates in bid and proposal activities. Maintains on-going interaction with marketing. This position can be Full-Time remote but the opportunity to work onsite in McLean, VA is available.


Lead, design, and implement analytic market intelligence models in support of business capture efforts across markets. Lead competitive assessments and Price to Win (PTW) activities in support of market growth and development. Collect and interpret competitive intelligence data. Identifying and interpreting competitor bid tendencies and customer buying patterns is essential for this role. Perform extensive market and competitive research and analysis through public data sources. Create and supply analytical content and findings in various presentation formats. Drive discussions with executive-level leadership. Lead PTW efforts with an aim of driving and helping executive-level decisions on potential opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must have BA or BS degree with 15+ years of work experience, Master's degree with 13 years of experience, or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • P&L experience within the Command and Control (C2) and/or Missile market areas
  • Experience with performing competitive assessments/proposal/solutions for C2 and/or Missile market areas.
  • Facilitating strategy sessions to develop potential competitor engineering solutions
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with a proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Analyze customer award trends and collect and analyze competitor price data to support PTW analysis
  • Experience with the full suite of Microsoft products and various modeling tools (SEER, Crystal Ball)
  • Must have the Ability to obtain a DoD(Department of Defense) security clearance , US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with briefing executive-level leadership on research and analysis and in providing recommendations
  • Experience with developing internal and external professional networks
  • Experience with the, Govwin,, and other government or third-party resources
  • Possession of excellent research and analytical skills that has been demonstrated in a functional role

Salary Range: $148,200 USD - $257,400 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
