Northrop Grumman Space Sector - Payload and Ground Division is seeking a Facilities Coordinator 2/Facilities Coordinator 3 to work in our Boulder, CO office.

This role will be responsible for:

- Coordinating and supervising the construction, installation or rearrangement of equipment and building facilities and/or equipment and machinery maintenance for assigned area.

- Maintaining contact with and directs contractor representatives.

- Verifying labor expended and materials used and inspects projects for conformance to engineering standards and codes, building techniques and safety practices.

- Estimating percent completion of projects and advises designated individuals of cost status.

- Working in conjunction with facilities representatives under the guidance of the facilities manager to manage day to day operational tasks of the facilities department.

This position may be filled at a higher job grade based on the qualifications listed below.

This requisition may be filled as either a Facilities Coordinator 2 or a Facilities Coordinator 3.

Basic Qualifications for a Facilities Coordinator 2:

  • Must have a High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • Availability to handle off-hours emergencies and holiday work
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) 
  • Must hold an active Secret clearance
  • The ability to work on-site in Boulder, CO

Basic Qualifications for a Facilities Coordinator 3:

  • Must have a High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 4 years of related experience
  • Availability to handle off-hours emergencies and holiday work
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) 
  • Must hold an active Secret clearance
  • The ability to work on-site in Boulder, CO

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Aerospace Industry Facilities Experience
  • Experience with Facilities Management Systems (Archibus, SAP, AutoCAD, etc.)
  • Experience with Shipping/Receiving


Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
