We are looking for you to join our team as a Property and Asset Management Analyst based out of Rolling Meadows, IL. As a Property and Asset Management Analyst at Northrop Grumman you will have a challenging and rewarding opportunity to be a part of our Enterprise-wide digital transformation.

The Engineering Labs Management (ELM) team has an exciting opportunity for a team oriented individual to support management of laboratories, test equipment, tools, and government property used by engineers in the development of mission equipment across the Rolling Meadows campus. Additional responsibilities include maintaining laboratory compliance requirements and providing support to Hardware, Software, and System and Integration Test Engineers.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to) the following tasks:

  • Management of government property used in support of integration and test

  • Maintenance of ELM management software-based tools and databases

  • Safety and laboratory compliance inspections and testing

  • Management of equipment and material storage program

  • Fulfill engineers test requirements, such as room access and purchasing tools and equipment

  • Development of work instructions, procedures, and processes

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 0-2 years of relevant experience or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree.

  • Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office Suit

  • U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field

  • Experience working in an engineering environment

  • Experience with asset inventory business systems

  • Familiarity with US Government property management regulations

  • Experience with UID and/or RFID tracking systems

  • Current Secret Clearance

Salary Range: $48,900 USD - $73,300 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
