The candidate will be an integral part of the Facilities team at Northrop Grumman’s Corporate Office in Falls Church, Virginia has an opening for a Level 3 Facilities Representative to join our Workplace Services team of qualified and diverse individuals! The selected candidate will work on site in Falls Church, VA, and the Dulles Hangar with visits to Arlington, VA and Capitol Hill on a scheduled and as needed basis.


  • Team with facility department to provide quality customer service and provide a high level of customer engagement

  • Respond to maintenance work orders and trouble calls; using CMMS systems

  • Inspect and maintain general building areas for maintenance and cleanliness issues

  • Coordinate and/or execute physical move of employees

  • Execute set-ups of conference center and conference rooms

  • Perform basic repairs and installations

  • Ability and/or knowledge to modify and install furniture / workstation assemblies

  • Support coordination of internal construction projects

  • Team coverage support will begin as early as 6am and end at 6pm

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma and 4 years additional education and/or experience

  • Strong Communication skills, including writing

  • Strong knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Highly professional and capable of strong customer interface

  • Must be highly responsible individual capable of top performance with minimal supervision

  • Capable of independently identifying and resolving issues.

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possess strengths in performing computer operations working with database systems and Microsoft Office products such as Word, and Excel.

  • Manage internal and external moves

Salary Range: $46,100 USD - $76,800 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
