Northrop Grumman is seeking a Air Battle Manager or Weapons Director for the Virtual Test and Training Center. The location of this position is at Nellis AFB, NV.
Responsibilities include daily execution of Large Force Employment (LFE) and Small Team events for the Virtual Test and Training Center (VTTC). . Will facilitate the VTTC’s support of daily USAF Weapons School virtual training through scheduling, scenario development, mission materials, brief, execution and debrief support for Large Force Employment (LFE) and Small Team events.

To accomplish unit training requirements, he/she will assist with the executable Computer-Generated Forces (CGF) scenarios, mission materials and briefs for the diverse aircrew training audience. T


 

Basic Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree and 10 years' experience or a master's degree and 13 years' experience or High School diploma / Equivalent with 14 years' experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

3. Secret Clearance with ability to upgrade to TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.

4. 6 years of USAF Tactical C2 experience

5. Experienced Air Battle Manager or Weapons Director

6. knowledge of AFTTP 3-1 guidance.

7. Operationally relevant experience within past 10 years. (Simulator instructor experience will be considered)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • USAF Weapons School Graduate/Instructor
  • Mission Commander and/or Instructor
  • Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI/SAP/SAR
  • Experience with Combat Air Forces DMO exercises and simulations

Salary Range: $109,100 USD - $163,700 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
