Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Manager, Computer Systems Analysis 1 to lead the Contracts, Pricing, Government Property, and International Trade software tools support team. The team is responsible for the configuration, testing, administration, and end-user support of software applications to include:

  • SAP Sales and Distribution Module

  • EBS ProPricer

  • OCR Global Trade Management

  • Unison CLM

  • Internally developed applications

In addition the team is called on to support various ad-hoc initiatives including:

  • Data management including bulk updates, mining, migrations, analysis, and reporting

  • Participating in new initiatives and projects by providing subject matter expertise, recommending solutions, and collaborating with other functions and organizations

  • Defining and documenting requirements, working with development teams in an agile project framework, testing, and developing roll-out plans.

The support manager will:

  • Ensure user support tickets are resolved in a timely, accurate, and respectful manner

  • Establish, monitor, and build support metrics databases

  • Represent the sector on multiple projects engaging SMEs as required

  • Allocate resources to appropriately staff non-recurring projects while ensuring recurring scope is minimally impacted

  • Direct supervision of staff: Conduct one on ones, performance reviews, timekeeping approval, interviewing, and administrative tasks.

  • This position will be based in either Chantilly, VA or Linthicum, MD on a hybrid schedule

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with five years of experience or Master’s degree with 3 years of experience

  • End-user software application support

  • Project/change management with focus on requirements definition, data migrations, testing, and training

  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects with recurring operations

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficient in running effective meetings.

  • Ability to proactively and clearly articulate requirements/features to various functions

  • Experience leading and mentoring colleagues

  • SAP

Preferred qualifications:

  • Government Contracting

  • SAP Certifications

  • Project Management

This position reports to Chantilly, VA, USA, however, you are able to work from any of the additional 2 locations listed above.

Salary Range: $98,800 USD - $155,600 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
