Roles and Responsibilities

As a member of the Enterprise Integrated Development Environment team, the selected candidate will research, design, develop, and modify solutions for the tools listed below.  

Primary responsibilities:

  • Administration eIDE Citrix Environment

  • Administration eIDE Hosting Environment

  • Server support for all eIDE hosted Apps

  • Support of user registration for eIDE Apps

The scope will include integrations with other systems and data sources, deployment of custom capabilities, and administration of the eIDE servers.  Other responsibilities coordinating with other infrastructure teams, user requests, and incident resolution. Additional capabilities include planning of system deployments, meeting software compliance standards, and evaluating operational requirements and customer needs.

The eIDE team’s mission is to deliver tools and capabilities to US based users, customers, and partners, to support requests and incident resolution, and to facilitate technology evolution from old to new.

This position will be virtual and can be performed anywhere within the continental United States.

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree; 3 year of relevant experience with a Master’s degree (will consider additional experience in lieu of education i.e. Associate's Degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience)

  • At least 1 year of Server administration experience (M365)

  • At least 3 years of Technology support experience

  • Working knowledge of Federated Authentication

  • Ability to work in a virtual environment and be accountable to a support team and the team leads

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Current or prior US DoD Secret clearance

  • At least 1 year of Citrix administration experience

  • Experience developing PowerShell scripts and automation

  • Systems Engineering experience (requirements analysis, tracking & validation)

  • Scaled Agile Framework methodology

  • Experience using ServiceNow

This position reports to Unknown City, VA, USA, however, you are able to work from any of the additional 7 locations listed above.

Salary Range: $92,200 USD - $138,400 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
