Northrop Grumman Service Delivery is seeking a computer support professional to join the Accounts Administration Office team. The AAO has Enterprise oversight for user, distribution lists, administrative, remote access, and other special account management for the Northrop Grumman Managed Network. The selected candidate will join a team that is located nationwide. Primary responsibility is to provide tier 2 services support for accounts on multiple Active Directory domains. The candidate will be expected to meet customer service line agreements.   Ensure compliance with Northrop Grumman policies, procedures, and instructional guides in support of the AAO SOW.

This position will be virtual remote and can be performed anywhere within the continental United States.

The individual will also perform Active Directory analysis using Microsoft tools such as Access and Excel to provide structured reports and responses to Ad hoc queries. Ensure account data integrity and provide input affecting compliance reports. Responsibilities include technical process implementation and participation in special projects as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in related discipline and 2 years related experience OR High School Diploma and 4 years related experience

  • Experience creating and maintaining accounts in Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange

  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills

  • Strong Customer Support skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience with PowerShell, Excel & Access power user, Visual basics, HTML, LDAP queries

  • Preferred but not required experience with M365, Azure, Exchange online

This position reports to Unknown City, VA, USA, however, you are able to work from any of the additional 6 locations listed above.

Salary Range: $49,600 USD - $82,600 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
