"Northrop Grumman’s Aeronautics Sector is looking for a Manager Programs 2 to support the Multi-Domain Command & Control Capture Programs Infrastructure IPT; this position will be based in Melbourne, Florida.

The Initial primary objective will be to establish the program infrastructure to enable capture of a large-scale military weapon system. The infrastructure manage will be the Program/Capture focal for all future facilities, IT, and security infrastructure planning and execution. This leader will be responsible for maintaining infrastructure review boards to formalize infrastructure requests, adjudication, resourcing, and approval; this includes but not limited to office space and lab space. The selected leader will also be responsible for execution of infrastructure projects, to include planning, construction, provisioning of IT, and security accreditation as appropriate.

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
•    Leads infrastructure (facilities, IT, and security) requirements development across IPTs to support program execution plan
•    Develops cost and schedule estimates to execute infrastructure requirements
•    Identifies opportunities to minimize / harmonize infrastructure needs across IPTs
•    Validates requirements support infrastructure strategy and program execution plan in collaboration with capture leader and program manager
•    Incorporates infrastructure investment requirements into financial planning in coordination with business management
•    Works with division and site leaders to align infrastructure plans, looking for opportunities to maximize reuse of existing infrastructure and find efficiencies across programs for future infrastructure needs
•    Partners with capture leader to identify opportunities to offset investment requirements through use of state/local incentives and / or partnerships with state, local, and private entities
•    Establishes infrastructure execution roadmap, works with corporate real estate, sector facilities, IT, security, and outside architecture, engineering, and constructions suppliers as appropriate to execute infrastructure projects to support program execution plan

Basic Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree AND 6+ years of related professional/military experience that includes a background in Business Strategy, Facilities, Capture/Proposal Management, Program Management, Project Management OR a Master’s degree AND 4 years of related professional/military experience
•    Experience working with external suppliers
•    Knowledge of supply chain processes
•    Active Top Secret security clearance level 

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Master’s Degree in Technical Field (STEM) or Business Administration.
•    Proven record of developing & implementing action plans to improve strategic growth.

 Excellent communication and presentation skills, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task in a dynamic leadership environment
•    Ability to translate strategic vision into tactical application.
•    DoD acquisition certification and experience with DoD budget planning and allocation

•    Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively across organizational layers, from individual contributor through Executive Leadership
•    Previous successful experience in capture management in US Department of Defense (DOD) acquisitions"

Salary range: $123,900 - $185,900

Salary Range: $123,900 USD - $185,900 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
