Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Project Manager/Program Integrator to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our team. This position will be located onsite in Melbourne, Florida.

The selected candidate will be part of a diverse organization of project integrators within the Program Integration Team.

The candidate will be responsible to oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as the liaison between program management and the Integrated Product Teams.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10 Years of experience with Bachelor's degree or 8 Years with Master's or14 Years of experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree
  • Must have an Active Secret investigated in the last five years
  • Must have the ability to obtain program access
  • Experience maintaining facilities for classified work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills, as well as analytical, and planning skills are required
  • Demonstrated ability to build and foster effective relationships with others
  • Ability to influence and drive results without direct authority of personnel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP Knowledge
  • Contract Account Manager Experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels of employee and management
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certified

The selected candidate shall adhere to NG processes. This individual should have demonstrated Project Management experience and strong interpersonal skills, be organized, flexible, and be a team player. Some travel may be required

This position reports to Melbourne, FL, USA, however, this position can also be worked from Palmdale, CA, CA, USA.


Salary Range: $112,000 USD - $134,000 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
