Roles & Responsibilities:
 
Lead efforts to analyze business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems

  • Analyze As-Is & Future-State process models to develop the strategy/plan for change, and document process models and organizational process map
  • Develop process, user stories, and business models supporting complex application solutions to drive customer requirements
  • Define requirements and business cases for the technology developments
  • Coordinate with business and technical teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls
  • Work closely with the customers in gathering and documenting requirements; facilitate meetings and discussion as needed during the project lifecycle
  • Function as the Subject Matter Expert for applications and standards by translating business process model to technical implementation ensuring solutions are consistent with objectives
  • Analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Business Process Models, Data Flow Diagrams, System Process Models, Software Requirements Specification and Traceability Matrix
  • Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
  • Experience with e-commerce tools, computer system capabilities, business processes, and workflow

Basic Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information System, Business Technology, or relevant field with 5 or more years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of skills, knowledge, and ability
  • Experience in working with customers to develop and document user stories, business requirements, functional specifications, and business rules for software applications
  • Knowledge and Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) principles, methods, and common tools
  • Experience in drafting/writing communication content, materials, and products; Ability to work in a collaborative environment and independently
  • Must have an Interim Secret Clearance or Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:
 
•       Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard design tools
•       Experience with software development life cycle
•       Experience with wireframes, interaction pattern and detail workflow
•       Knowledge of translating design into web prototypes or functional front-end UIs
•       Knowledge of ticket tracking system (JIRA, etc.)

•       Knowledge of PPBE processes


Salary Range: $92,200 USD - $138,400 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
