Northrop Grumman is in need of a Security Visitor Control Center / Pass and Identification Support personnel to join our diverse team in Prince Sultan Air Base, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Our team is chartered to provide support to the Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron to support security operations.  

Roles and Responsibilities:

Oversees Visitor Control Center / Pass and Identification office operations and ensures proper issuance of all Third Country National exchange badge credentials

Enforce laws and regulation concerning installation access

Review all authenticated entry authority lists for large, pre-arranged functions

Assist with the coordination of distinguished visitor entry

Receives information on any development or condition relative to the security of the wing and implements appropriate security countermeasures

Alerts control centers of any unusual situation in the area

Champion security requirements, risks, and solutions and drive constructive change within the organization

Compensation includes: Base Pay, overtime according to host country, DOS uplifts

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years experience
• Active Secret Clearance
• Valid US Driver’s License
• 2 years of experience in the Air Force Security Forces career field or similar experience 
• 1 year of experience in Visitor Control Center / Pass and Identification office operations or similar military experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of the Arabic language is a plus
• Knowledgeable in the concepts and principles of Air Base Ground Defense. 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills 
• Results-oriented and resilient outlook
• Strong relationship-building, managerial, and collaborative skills
• Skilled in developing, analyzing, and evaluating security programs to meet mission requirements and improve the security program for the installation
•  Possess or be able to obtain a U.S. Passport

Salary Range: $38,400 USD - $64,000 USD
