As our Facilities and Office Coordinator you will be joining our team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. Reporting to the Facilities and Administration Manager and working closely with the Site Lead for Manchester, you will form part of our key enabling National Security Solutions team.
You will ensure an effective service is provided to ensure the smooth operating of the office, integrating and working alongside other enabling teams, such as Health and Safety and Security. This means you will support some security aspects and occasionally be required to work across our other UK offices.

Responsibilities include, but are limited to:
· Deliver a professional, consistent administration support service.
· Onsite contact for all Facilities led activities and requirements, such as cleaning services and office supplies.
· Provide support to the Health & Safety team for onsite contact for Health Safety & Environmental activities and requirements, e.g. monthly reporting, local tracking of First Aid & Fire Wardens.
· Assist with organisation of in-house/off-site conferences, exhibitions and Company functions.
· Ensure that appropriate individuals are on-hand to welcome and escort all visitors to the Manchester site, adhering to the Northrop Grumman protocols at all times.

· Excellent planning and organisational skills
· Adept at time management and prioritisation
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills, able to engage effectively with all stakeholders
· Competent user of Microsoft packages, including but not limited to Microsoft word, excel, outlook and PowerPoint
