This position will be located onsite in Rocket Center, West Virginia.
We are seeking experienced and motivated professionals who are looking to return to the workforce after a career break of a minimum of 2 years for various professional roles within multiple Engineering disciplines including but not limited to: Mission Assurance (Quality), Composites Process, Mechanical, Electrical and Facilities.
This position description does not represent a current opening but may be used to identify candidates with skills and experience for positions within Northrop Grumman that frequently become available. Candidates who express an interest may be considered for future positions at Northrop Grumman.
The Northrop Grumman iReturn program provides experienced professionals with internal support, mentors, and connections with other iReturning employee to transition back to a full-time career in one of several fields at Northrop Grumman through training, professional development, and networking opportunities. This "Returnship" program focuses on providing you with a seamless transition back into the workforce.
Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance. As well as, have prior work experience in the discipline in which they looking to return.
