  • Developing instructional materials and products for technology-based courses, including online, virtual, immersive and performance support.
  • Demonstrates and utilizes effective needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills.
  • Developing a range of instructional materials, such as self-paced guides, case studies, job aids, videos, and evaluations; scenario-based concepts for games (interactive assessment exercises); and concepts for virtual learning platforms
  • Designing and developing training materials and curricula to support program implementation across targeted audiences
  • Working with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify specific training needs and develop solutions
  • Creating and analyzing assessments to evaluate learning effectiveness and instructional improvement opportunities, including pre-tests, post-tests, and quizzes

Basic Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s Degree in Education, adult Learning, or similar
  • Knowledge of the ADDIE ISD methodology
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Knowledgeable with industry training development tools (Adobe Captivate, Storyline, or Articulate)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience implementing the ADDIE process
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to rapidly develop a diverse skillset
  • Knowledgeable with adult learning theory, design thinking, and learning prototypes/training solutions
