Northrop Grumman Mission Systems Advanced & Strategic Operations is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst within the Global Supply Chain SAP environment.   This includes all MS locations utilizing SAP functionality.  This position has a lead role in the analysis, training and stabilization as the ERP solution is enhanced for the corporation, a well as with the prioritization and testing of functionality enhancements. This position coordinates with corporate and sector teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition and system techniques and controls.  This position supports the internal sector help desk for monitoring and responding to end user SAP questions.  The ideal candidate should have supply chain or SAP systems experience, with ability to manage multiple projects. This position can be worked out of Rolling Meadows, IL, Annapolis Junction, MD, Chantilly, VA or Baltimore, MD

Basic Qualifications

For Computer Systems Analyst (T2) - Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years’ experience (1+ years with a master’s degree) in Global Supply Chain, STEM or IT field

·For Principle Computer Systems Analyst (T3) - Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience (3+ years with a master’s degree) in Global Supply Chain, STEM or IT field

·         Ability to create and maintain trusted relationships with internal customers.

·         Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, with all levels of management and individual contributors

·         Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Ability to travel domestically

·         Ability to occasionally work outside normal business hours, including weekends, when necessary

Preferred Qualifications 

·         Demonstrated experience in supply chain and/or procurement.

·         Demonstrated experience in supply chain ERP systems, planning, and process management - SAP preferred

·         Experience in SAP ERP system conversions

·         Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the following areas: supply chain, operations, visibility

·         Understanding of hardware and software requirements, design, development and testing of system integrations

·         Demonstrated experience in interfacing seamlessly with functional teams and internal customers

·         Supply Chain, Management Information Systems or related degree preferred.

·         Experience in the Aerospace Industry or working on Defense Acquisition programs

·         Project Management or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) engineering experience

·         APICS, CPSM or CSCP certification

 


Salary Range: $71,500 USD - $112,500 USD
Salary Range 2: $88,000 USD - $138,400 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
