Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Property/Principal Property Asset Management Analyst 2/3. This position will be located in Aurora, CO.

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing management systems, policies and procedures to ensure contractual and continual accountability of government, other customer and company assets under the responsibility of various NGSP suppliers/ subcontractors.
  • Conducting property surveillance reviews at supplier/ subcontractor sites.
  • Assisting in Contractor Self-Assessment (CSA) reviews.
  • Collaborating with Buyers, Subcontract Administrators, Property Focal Points (PFPs) to ensure accountability of assets is maintained.
  • Assisting suppliers/ subcontractors in the property management life cycle recovery plans, as needed.
  • Assisting other team members, as necessary.

Basic Qualifications for a Property Asset Management Analyst:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years relevant experience in property disposition, asset management, business management/project management, program operations, inventory and/or logistics. In lieu of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience in property disposition, asset management, business management/project management, program operations, inventory and/or logistics
  • Strong PC skills especially with Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Current and active Top Secret clearance/SCI

Basic Qualifications for a Principal Property Asset Management Analyst:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years relevant experience in property disposition, asset management, business management/project management, program operations, inventory and/or logistics. In lieu of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience in property disposition, asset management, business management/project management, program operations, inventory and/or logistics.
  • Strong PC skills especially with Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Current and active Top Secret clearance/SCI

Preferred Qualifications for both positions:

  • Understanding of property management administration principles, theories and concepts.
  • Ability to work with diverse levels of internal/external customers, i.e., DCMA, OEM Customers.
  • Knowledge or understanding of MMAS, ISO/AS9100, and SOX standards that impacts asset management.
  • NPMA Certification.
  • Familiarity with Deltek, CostPoint and Asset Smart Management System.

Salary Range: $59,100 USD - $109,100 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
