Northrop Grumman is seeking Associate Business Management Analysts.  This position will be located in our Mission Systems Sector in or around Baltimore, Maryland.  The qualified candidate will be part of Northrop Grumman's Business Management organization.

Basic Qualifications:A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria.  The candidate must:
  • Be completing or has completed their Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. 
  • Be majoring in or having majored in Accounting, Finance, Business, Business Administration, Business Management, International Business, International Relations, Risk Management, Economics, Financial Management or other closely related degree.
  • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the document to your application profile)
  • Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
  • Knowledge and/or experience working with Excel


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.7 out of 4.0 or higher 
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn, and interested in working in a team environment
  • Working Knowledge and/or understanding of the FAR
  • Working knowledge and/or understanding with any of the following Business Writing, Business Law, Business Strategy and/or exposure to  Contracts
  • Good presentation and writing/communication skills
