Northrop Grumman Space Systems is looking for a Senior Staff I&T Lead responsible for leading multi-discipline (Systems, Test Design, Test Software, Electrical & Mechanical Test Engineering) assembly integration and test effort during capture/proposal phase with transition to rapid system development and integration for Space Payload.  Develop System I&T documentation (System Integration and Test Plan, segment & compatibility test planning, test routers, etc.).  Lead will be responsible for establishing system test schedule, resource planning, and coordination across IPTs (Integrated Product Teams).

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or other related STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) curriculum with 14 years relevant experience (12 years experience with Master of Science Degree, 9 years experience with PhD).   Experience in requirements Verification and Validation for Space environment is required.   Active Top Secret clearance is required. #ngfeaturedjobs #spacepgs #spacepgsseit
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in multi-segment testing and test plan development preferred.   Active TS/SCI clearance or recent SSBI in last 12 months is preferred.
