Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for Principal Test Conductor/ Sr. Principal Test Conductor to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals to fill a role in the Dev*Ops Integration Team in support of key program(s). This position will be located in Beale, AFB

The selected candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and adapt to change.  The candidates must exhibit strong teamwork characteristics in coordinating with multiple teams and managing tasks. The roles will be a hybrid of license and support contracts coordination plus assistance to project managers. The candidates must have a background in technical data management and coordination with diverse technical teams. Candidates must be able to collaborate closely with system engineers, hardware designers, integration/test engineers, and program leadership. Candidate should be able to review engineering components lists to determine licensing and support requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

• Principal Test Conductor: Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of related experience; OR a Master’s Degree in a with 3 years of relevant experience; OR a PhD with 0 years of experience; OR 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Sr Principal Test Conductor: Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years of related experience; OR a Master’s Degree in a with 7 years of relevant experience; OR a PhD with 4 years of experience; OR 13 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree


• Experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Project
• Experience coordinating with diverse technical teams
• Experience managing complex databases
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Clearance and Special Access Programs (SAP/SAR) level clearance as a condition of continued employment. The SAP/SAR must be obtained within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Availability to support travel up to 25% Offsite projects may occasionally require travel beyond 25%.

Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of employees and management.
• Proven ability to deliver presentations to technical stakeholders.
•Demonstrated technical writing skills.
•Experience with technical license management.
•Experience establishing support contracts with vendors


Salary Range: $88,000 USD - $132,000 USD
Salary Range 2: $109,100 USD - $136,400 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
