With Northrop Grumman, you’ll have the opportunity to be an essential part of projects that will define your career, now and in the futureNorthrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS) is seeking an experienced security professional to serve in a dynamic Senior Principal Industrial Security Analyst position with responsibilities as an FSO, CPSO, and Site Lead - for several dynamic programs in our Bellevue, Nebraska NGDS facility.This is a multi-faceted and multi-customer facing security position, responsible for programs as it relates to all applicable classified federal, contractual, customer and company requirements.Responsibilities:
  • Must be able to interpret and execute security programs for DoD and IC customers, in the SCI, SAP and collateral security environments
  • The candidate will serve as a subject matter expert on security related activities and must be able to clearly articulate this knowledge
  • The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: managing multiple collateral and SAP programs
  • Create, maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers. Receives, creates, reviews, and interprets security classification guidance of DD-254 forms.
  • Develops and administers security programs and procedures for classified and proprietary materials, documents, and equipment
  • Conducts program classification material review to determine appropriate classification markings to include Controlled Unclassified information (CUI).
  • Implements a multi-disciplined security program (access control, personnel security, physical security, and OPSEC)
  • Conducts risk assessments and analysis and develops mitigation plans and concept of operations to support threat assessments and vulnerability analysis.
  • Obtains interpretations and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies
  • Establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting access for employees and visitors to restricted records, materials, and program areas.  Performs security briefings and maintains a strong security training, education, and awareness program.
  • Support classified proposal development and execution
  • Investigates security incidents, prepares security incident reports, and identifies recommendations for mitigations and corrective actions
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) with at least 12 years of relevant experience
  • Will consider 8 years of relevant experience with bachelor’s degree or 6 year of relevant experience with Master’s
  • Must possess an active DOD Top Secret
  • Must have completed the CDSE Certificate of training for FSO for Possessing Facilities and have experience and working knowledge of systems of record (e.g., NISS and DISS)
  • Must have experience and knowledgeable with NISPOM (32 CFR Part117)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Counterintelligence, Insider Threat and OPSEC program experience
  • Current and working knowledge of the DoD and Intelligence Community

Salary Range: $89,800 USD - $134,600 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
