Northrop Grumman Space Systems is looking for a Security Coordinator 2 or 3 to join our team of talented and diverse individuals at our Boulder, CO site.

 

As a Security Coordinator for the Boulder site your main responsibilities will be supporting the Main Lobby and Site Security Operations. These responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Main Lobby support which includes assisting NG employees and visitors gaining access to NG facilities, Produces employee and guest badges, identification cards, and security reader cards. Processes security information and data for employment records, security clearances, citizenship verification and security facility accountability (i.e. keys, locks, VPN tokens). Collects and submits electronic fingerprints, handprints and optical reading into systems. Processes visit authorizations (incoming and outgoing) for employees and guests to gain access to restricted areas. Verifies accuracy of information prior to issuing clearances. Maintains controlled security documents and information which includes document control and destruction including classified media. Conduct secure message handling, shipping/receiving of classified material including courier support and assist in managing COMSEC. Conduct briefings/INDOCs, and Out-processing/debriefs. Performs administrative duties and filing.

 

Basic Qualifications for Security Coordinator 2:

·       Candidate must have and be able to maintain an active U.S. Government security clearance at the Secret level with a background investigation date within 6 years

·       High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years of additional education and/or experience related to security

Basic Qualifications for Security Coordinator 3:

·       Candidate must have and be able to maintain an active U.S. Government security clearance at the Secret level with a background investigation date within 6 years

·       High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years of additional education and/or experience related to security

Preferred Qualifications:

·       SIMS database experience


Salary Range: $38,800 USD - $64,600 USD
Salary Range 2: $46,100 USD - $76,800 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
