Your Role:
As a Senior Program Finance Analyst, you will be the linchpin connecting program managers, functional management and cost account managers (CAMs), providing crucial financial support. Your mission: ensure effective cost and financial controls and drive the Earned Value Management (EVM) battle rhythms to deliver value added reporting.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining Cobra, collaborating with the scheduling team, developing Estimates at Complete (EAC) and performing financial analyses that drive decision-making.

Challenges await you, from maintaining a culture of accurate EVM reporting to meeting tight deadlines. You'll need to influence program stakeholders, and effectively balance program and internal reporting needs.

To excel in your new role, you must bring a deep understanding of EVM and performance measurement baseline concepts, applying them across all control accounts. Your qualifications should include a Master's degree with 3 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years in business, finance, accounting, program control, or a related field. Technical expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM), EAC development and analysis, Cobra, OPP, financial modelling, and ASDEFCON project delivery is essential.
