Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 2)/ Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3). The position will be in our NG facility located in Rocket Center, WV just outside of Cumberland, MD. The Allegany Ballistics Laboratory (ABL) site in Rocket Center designs, develops and manufactures tactical rocket motors, medium caliber ammunition, composite components and end items, and fuse and electronics equipment. For decades, the dedicated and highly skilled team at ABL have supported national security efforts by developing and building defense systems for DoD customers and U.S. allies.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Prepare Estimate at Completion in support of Corporate requirements
Prepare monthly forecasts for revenue and cash
Manage the day-to-day financial requirements for multiple projects
Work with program team and support required program meetings
Assist Financial Shared Services (FSS) with invoicing
Maintain project detail with Deltek/Costpoint
Support Customer required reporting requirements

Basic Qualifications for a Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 2):
This position emphasizes skills and experience. Will consider one of following: High School Diploma or GED with 7 years of related experience
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of related experience - OR - a Master's degree with 1+ years of related experience
Successful candidate will have proficiency in the following competencies: Manages Complexity, Action Oriented, communicates effectively, Plans and aligns, Situational adaptability
Must be a US citizen
Must be able to work onsite in Rocket Center, WV
Basic Qualifications for a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3):
This position emphasizes skills and experience. Will consider one of following: High School Diploma or GED with 10 years of related experience
Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related experience - OR - a Master's degree with 4+ years of related experience
Successful candidate will have proficiency in the following competencies: Manages Complexity, Action Oriented, communicates effectively, Plans and aligns, Situational adaptability
Must be a US citizen
Must be able to work onsite in Rocket Center, WV
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferred with degree in Business Administration or Accounting highly preferred
Microsoft Office Suite; Advanced Excel skills is highly preferred
Analytical Skills
Presentation skills
Organizational/Time Management skills and ability to multi task
Self-motivated and works well in team environment
Experience with EVMS
