Northrop Grumman is looking for a Manager, Global Supply Chain (Level 2) to support the Space Sector Compliance function in Global Supply Chain.  The position may be located at any NGSP facility. FT remote work may be an option. PT remote is preferred.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Represents the Sector Compliance function in support of Regulatory Compliance activities, including audits and statutory reporting

  • Provides GSC oversight and support for the sector in support of audit activity, including business system audits, internal audit, and other needed support

  • Provides oversight and support across the Divisions in support of audit activity, including incurred cost audits and MAAR 13 audits

  • Supports Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) Proposal Audits and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Purchasing System Audits as required

  • Serves as the GSC focal for audits managed by Finance/Regulatory Compliance

  • Tracks all Sector audit activity for trends and to ensure consistent management of audits and responses

  • Oversight of the Sector Price Cost Analyst

  • Responsible for activities and knowledge within multiple disciplines across the Supply Chain process

  • Participates in various aspects of supply chain process areas: Supply Chain Plan, Supply Chain Source, Supply Chain Make, Supply Chain Deliver as well as Supply Chain Operations

  • Exhibits end to end Supply Chain competency and manages one or more Supply Chain functions (Planning, Sourcing, Small Business/Disadvantaged Programs, Supplier Quality, Warehouse & Transportation, Analytics, Compliance, Systems, etc.)

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Math or related discipline with a minimum of 10 years’ of experience in one or more of the following: Regulatory Compliance, Price/Cost Analysis, Project Management, Proposals, Accounting, Finance, or Procurement; 8 years with a Master’s

  • Previous experience working with audit agencies (DCMA/DCAA)

  • Working experience with Microsoft Office (Specifically Excel and Word)

  • Must possess good oral and written communication skills

  • Functions well in a team environment

  • Ability to multitask within a dynamic environment is critical

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Knowledge of the government regulations FAR and DFARS.

  • Excellent problem solving and organizational skills

  • Previous experience developing tools, processes and command media

  • Knowledge of cost accounting standards, generally accepted accounting principles, and accounting/proposal auditing techniques

  • Previous experience leading cross functional teams

Salary Range: $102,500 USD - $178,000 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
