This position will be located in Chandler, Arizona.
Position SummaryThis position will oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Support the Business Systems team overseeing short versed projects, including schedule planning and implementation of technology/applications to a BU.
  • Experience enabling technology, ie, bar coding.
  • Knowledge of how the existing technology cuts across all applications.
  • Understanding of how the infrastructure underneath all application works and how it impacts the end user.
  • Experience with and understanding of user access rights related to application use.
  •  Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. 
  • Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. 
  • Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. 

Basic Qualifications: 
Completion of one of the following years of experience in Product Management              a.  8 year experience with a Master’s Degree in a Business and/or STEM (Science, Technology Engineering or Mathematics)              b.  10 years' experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in a Business and/or STEM (Science, Technology Engineering or Mathematics)              c.  14 years' experience no degree          
•          Minimum of 4 years of experience describing and discussing data-driven, value-seeking Product Management
•          Minimum of 3 years of combined experience in 1 or more of the following:
               - Experience implementing product practices at an enterprise level
               - Experience defining and producing Product Management courseware and marketing content tailored to organization-specific requirements
               - Experience conveying software methodologies to audiences including senior leaders with varying technical backgrounds
               -  Demonstrable experience in presenting product concepts to senior leaders through presentations

 Preferred Qualifications: 
•          Pragmatic Product Manager Certification
•          Experience creating training plans and curricula
•          Ability to manage, train and communicate with cross functional teams and implement the Product life cycle
•          Ability to prioritize and react to changing requirements with a sense of urgency
•          Knowledge of big data and analytics products
•          Negotiating and customer interfacing skills
