Reporting to the the Manager of Crystal Growth, you will oversee the resources and activities for the repair maintenance and replacement of growth station components. 

This includes, but is not limited to, power supplies,  puller assemblies, furnace housings and local utility components for cooling water and blend gas. Additionally, you will oversee the assets, activities and resources for the crucible welding process.  

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Manage/oversee the work order and PM scheduling within Maximo.
  • Oversee critical spare part selection and inventory; to include the necessary on-hand quantities and the timely ordering of parts and tools. 
  • Oversee the creation of procedures, methods, checklists and training to ensure a high "quality of work".
  • Standardization of BOM parts, configuration and installation practices for consistency.  
  • Facilitate data driven decisions regarding pm frequency and failure rates,
  • Oversight of equipment files for existing and new equipment. 
  • Partner with Crystal Growth Supervisor for the oversight of growth emergency procedures and safe work practices.  

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM discipline; 0 years of relevant experience with a Masters' degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in and around maintenance
  • Ability to create and audit methods/procedures, apply data when making decisions and implementing process improvement
  • Strong communication and presentation skil


Salary Range: 67500 - 101300

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
