Northrop Grumman, Propulsion Systems, is looking for an Enterprise-Wide Applications Manager, Level 2 to provide full implementation, execution, and on-going support of the Costpoint system.

The selected candidate will be responsible with providing team direction, work assignments, project schedules, day to day tasking, and overall operations. Additionally, the incumbent will execute department procedures that typically affect individual employees within this department and ensures that projects are completed on schedule following established procedures and schedules. 

This position, located in Promontory Utah, requires a well-rounded confident and resourceful individual. The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, be results oriented and be capable of supervise and managing multiple variety of assignments.  This position will require presenting and interfacing many different levels of management, along with all sectors.

Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Ensure Costpoint is developed and final deliveries meet all organizational requirements

  • Build / maintain a CostPoint SME community including training, certification, and auditing

  • Day to day supervision, planning and execution.

  • Resource planning and talent allocation.  

  • Prioritize and de-conflict schedule as well as resources.

  • Maintain a talent and a critical skills sustainability plan.

  • Develop and foster an environment that promotes teamwork and Work Life Balance.

  • Drive process rigor, and ensures compliance to meet company, program and security requirements

  • Collaborates with programs to satisfy staffing needs and provide operations support (metrics collection and analysis, etc.)

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business discipline from an accredited college or university

  • 9 years of experience in a related field with Bachelor’s Degree or 7 years of experience with Master’s Degree.

  • Proven experience interfacing with all levels of employees and management


Salary Range: $112,700 USD - $169,100 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
