Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Sr. Principal Industrial Security Analyst/Contractor Program Security Officer to join the Security team supporting the SENTINEL (Ground Based Strategic Deterrent) program in Corinne, UT.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) for the Corinne, UT location
  • Execute all security requirements consistent with program DD Form 254 and SAP Security Classification Guidance (SCG)
  • Administer security indoctrinations, refresher briefings and debriefings
  • Assist with annual self-inspections and corrective action plan development/completion
  • Investigates security violations and prepares reports outlining preventive actions taken.
  • Develop and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents and equipment
  • Responsible for accurate data input into an access control databases

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 9 years of relevant security experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, 13 years of relevant security experience.
  • Current and active Top Secret clearance (or SCI eligibility for crossover) required
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain the special access eligibility requirements of DoDM 5205.07 Volume 2
  • Working knowledge of DoDM 5205.07 Directives, ICD 705 and/or NISPOM applicable sponsor procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct CPSO experience
  • Experience with JADE, DISS, JWICS, SIMS or similar databases
  • Working knowledge of DoD and Special Access programs
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to interact with internal/external customers and across organizational elements
  • Direct experience working with government customers

Salary Range: $89,800 USD - $134,600 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
