Working under general supervision, the Facilities Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the campus and surrounding office locations.


  • Work order management and resolution; mail service including the collection, sorting, and distributing of all internal/external mail, and packages
  • Maintaining order and stock levels in pantries, copy rooms, shared spaces, and storage areas
  • Office moves, and set ups
  • Meeting and special event conference room setup
  • Supply replenishment, as well as monitoring and reporting malfunctions of interior and general building areas

Facilities and Office Services:

  • Inspects all office space monthly, noting items to address, including, light outages, boxes in hallways, carpet stains, marks on walls, askew paintings and pictures, security of doors, conditions in coffee stations, etc., to fix and resolve such issues
  • Respond to work tickets from office personnel regarding general office conditions, including, heating, ventilation and air conditioning issues, removal of bins or large quantities of boxes and material from offices and hallways, lost keys, damaged locks, malfunctioning furniture, and fixtures
  • Responsible for appearance/cleanliness of shared spaces and meeting rooms, in coordination with housekeeping staff
  • Coordinates and acts as liaison between outside vendors and office personnel with regard to resolving work ticket and service matters
  • Delivers copy paper to all printers and MFD's
  • Maintains supplies in pantries, copy rooms and other areas as needed
  • Purchase routine office supplies and services

Office Moves and New Hire Set Ups:

  • Support office moves
  • Schedules, coordinates, and facilitates employee office moves
  • Assist with setting up offices of new partners and personnel, office relocations, moving furniture and contents, boxes, files, documents, miscellaneous objects
  • Ensure new hires have required furniture, equipment, and supplies

Mail Services:

  • Delivering mail and packages to employees
  • Loading, transporting, and delivering items to employees in a safe, timely manner
  • Ability to walk, drive, lift, and carry heavy items for extended periods
  • Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate a delivery vehicle

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED and a minimum of 4 years Facilities experience.
  • Valid current Class C driver’s License
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds

This position can be filled a level higher with a High School diploma or GED and a minimum of 6 years Facilities experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries
  • Experience with Computerized Facilities Management Systems


Salary Range: $46,100 USD - $76,800 USD
Salary Range 2: $58,400 USD - $97,400 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
