Our pioneering and inventive spirit has enabled us to be at the forefront of many technological advancements in our nation's history - from the first flight across the Atlantic Ocean, to stealth bombers, to landing on the moon. We look for people who have bold new ideas, courage and a pioneering spirit to join forces to invent the future, and have fun along the way. Our culture thrives on intellectual curiosity, cognitive diversity and bringing your whole self to work — and we have an insatiable drive to do what others think is impossible. Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.

We have an opening for an Information Systems Administrator to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in the Tactical Space organization. This position will be in filled at our Dulles, VA office.

  • Resolve connection issues to internal networks as well as externally connected networks
  • Environmental (i.e., physical plant) monitoring, troubleshooting and reporting, and basic remediation
  • Establish ticketing processes and report metrics on service levels
  • Serve as triage point for tickets:  analyze tickets, requests additional information, process tickets through system, assignment of tickets, confirmation with requestors prior to closure, closing of tickets
  • Actions requiring physical interaction of computers, such as power cycling, installing/replacing memory, installing/replacing storage, installing/replacing peripheral cards, using appropriate tools where required
