Working under general supervision, the Facilities Coordinator is responsible to support the day-to-day operations of the campus and surrounding office locations.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to: work ticket management and resolution; mail service including the collection, sorting and distributing of all internal/external mail, boxes, and packages; maintaining order and stock levels in kitchenettes, copy rooms and other shared spaces, and storage areas; office moves and office set ups; meeting, special event and conference room setup; supply replenishment, as well as the monitoring and reporting back malfunctions of interior and general building areas.   • Inspects all office space monthly, noting items to address, including, but not limited to: light outages, boxes in hallways, stains in carpet, marks on walls, askew paintings and pictures, security of doors, empty water coolers, conditions in coffee stations, etc., in order to fix and resolve such issues by the Department.
  • Respond to work tickets from office personnel regarding general office conditions, including, but not limited to, heating, ventilation and air conditioning matters, removal of bins or large quantities of boxes and material from offices and hallways, lost keys, damaged locks, malfunctioning furniture and fixtures, etc., to resolve by the Department.
  • Responsible for appearance/cleanliness of shared spaces and meeting rooms, in coordination with housekeeping staff.
  • Coordinates and acts as liaison between outside contractors/vendors and office personnel with regard to resolving work ticket and service matters.
  • Delivers copy paper to all printers and MFD's
  • Maintains supplies in kitchenettes, copy rooms and other areas, as required
  • Other duties as requested
  • Purchase routine office supplies and services as needed
Office Moves and New Hire Set Ups
  • Support office moves
  • Assist with setting up of offices of new partners and personnel, office relocations, moving furniture and contents, boxes, files, documents, miscellaneous objects, may require the coordination of clean-up and removal of contents of offices of departing personnel, etc., on behalf of the Department.
  • Ensure new hires have required furniture, equipment and supplies

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma & 3 years facilities expereince. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to lift/and or move up to 40 pounds (with assistance).

Preferred Qualifications: Ability to work in a team environment. Stron customer service skills.
