Our employees are not only part of history, they’re making history.   The Data Analytics Manager for the NGSP TSSD Supply Chain organization reports to the Director of Supply Chain and is responsible for managing application of advanced analytics to optimize our business. The Data Analytics Manager works with executives and stakeholders across the organization to facilitate development of analytics models in line with the needs of the supply chain organization, and expedite the implementation of strategic analytics initiatives across the division.   The Analytics manager is responsible for a broad range of division internal supply chain operations:  
  • Drives execution of strategic initiatives and tasks initiated by the Director of Supply Chain.
  • Conceptualizes applications of advanced analytics to provide value for NGSP TSSD Supply Chain.
  • Measures and tracks value add through analytics applications.
  • Develops and implements processes and procedures for data analytics team.
  • Responsible for management of projects assigned to the organizational group, including schedule, execution, and problem resolution.
  • Leverages curiosity and intuition to enhance analytics projects.
  • Briefs the Director of Supply Chain on key issues, challenges and decisions made at meetings. Supports the Director of Supply Chain in cultivation of relationships with strategic partners and other stakeholders.
  • Anticipates and manages the materials, data and presentation needs for upcoming meetings and events.


 Basic Qualifications:  
  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience
  • 3+ years of experience leading and managing teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint skills
  • Experience in data and analytics
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and methodology
  • Previous utilization of agile methodology
  • Strong stakeholder engagement
  • Knowledge of NGSP business data sources
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
   
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • High energy strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to operate at both a strategic and a hands-on level as needed.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks and projects within critical deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as project management, analytical, planning, and presentation skills are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and foster effective relationships with others.
  • Demonstrated ability to respect confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information.
