Performs a combination of manual and clerical duties to receive, store, and issue equipment, materials, and supplies in a central warehouse. Examines stock to verify conformance to specifications and invoices; stores articles according to identifying factors; fills orders or issues supplies from stock; requisitions stock to fill incoming orders; and prepares stock use reports. Determines methods or places for storage considering guidelines for temperature, humidity, weight or height limits, turnover, floor loading capacity, and required space. Will work alongside Northrop Grumman and U.S. Government personnel.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED and 2 years of experience in a stockroom, warehouse, or manufacturing setting.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Must hold and maintain a current, in-scope, DoD Secret Security Clearance. Secret Clearance is required to start.

• Must be able to obtain and retain Special Program Access clearance within 365 days from date of submission. Program Access is required to start.

• Must be detail oriented and have a strong work ethic.

• Must be able to learn and follow established processes, procedures, and requirements.

• Experience with data entry, and proficient using commercial and military logistics supply systems.

• Experience maintaining records and providing traceability of materials.

• Experience receiving material, inspecting and verifying materials received for accuracy.

• Experience determining best storage practices for warehouse environment.

• Candidate should have experience with and be comfortable using forklifts.

• Must be willing to work on-site at Edwards AFB on 1st, 2nd, and/or 3rd shifts, as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Warehouse Management Software Experience (FMT, SPA, SAP, ALIS, etc.)

• Prior stockroom experience

• Experience with repairable processes and procedures

• HAZMAT experience with relevant qualifications.

Salary Range: $38,700 USD - $64,500 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
