Are you ready to put your leadership and management skills to work at Northrop Grumman? If so, our Defense Systems is seeking a Product Support Manager 3 for a rotational OCONUS based in Edwards, Ca.

You will have direct supervisory or management responsibilities for more than one integrated support element, including systems analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training, maintenance or modifications, support equipment and facilities.

You will be responsible for daily operations of a team or work unit (direct supervision of the staff, assignment of work, schedules, day to day workflow, and operating costs).

Responsibilities include: cost, schedule, and technical performance of a specific unit or work package on a life cycle support type contract or broad responsibility for all aspects of program performance on a delivery order or small technical services-type contract.

Basic Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in logistics discipline and a minimum of 10 years of specialized experience; an additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience leading the performance of logistics tasks on schedule, at cost and achieving all requirements as either project lead, integrated program team or cost account manager.

3. A minimum of 5 years of experience managing products including spares availability; product reliability, support equipment; prognostics and health management; field and fleet support; and program support management.

4. A minimum of 3 years of experience in standardizing material Management Activities, maintaining readiness and maintaining an overall customer support focus.

5. A minimum of 3 years of experience in planning and executing a quality management system to satisfy program/project/supplier quality requirements.

6. Sound understanding of stock fund on-order, in-transit inventories, and liabilities.

7. US Citizenship

8. A current DoD Top Secret security clearance.

9. A valid U.S. passport.

10. Be able to accept customer furnished quarters for a period up to 180 days away from primary work location and comply with mobility requirements

11. Meet medical requirements and vaccinations for worldwide travel.

12. Be willing to work a flexible work schedule that may include extended shifts, holidays, weekends and support on-call status when necessary.

13. Have the ability to obtain and retain Special Program access clearance within 365 days from submission is a condition of employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Aviation and Aerospace Industry Operational Logistics supervisory experience.

2. Experience in various aspects of supply chain processes to include plan, source, make, and deliver, as well as supply chain operations.

3. An excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, database software, relevant authoring utilities and software, or related development tools required.

Salary Range: $141,300 USD - $211,900 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
