Job Description: Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking an Administrative Assistant (2) to perform normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail. Reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures. Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisor’s assignment. May take and transcribe dictation.

Basic Qualifications:
  • High School and 2 years additional education and/or experience.
  • Experience in working with only general supervision and instructions.
  • Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule that may include extended shifts, holidays, weekends and support on-call status when necessary.  
  • Must have an active within scope (investigation completed within last 5 years) Secret DoD clearance with ability to maintain that clearance.
  • Must be able to obtain and retain Special Program access clearance within 365 days from submission.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active Top Secret clearance within 5yr scope
  • Experience in the Aviation or Aerospace industry preferred.
