Northrop Grumman’s Enterprise Services Sector is looking for a Staff Enterprise Applications Analyst. This is an opportunity for an Application Analyst/Systems Integration professional who is an energetic, self-starter with knowledge and experience in converting requirements into systems/business process solutions.

The qualified candidate will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a consultant between the customer and technical community in support of GSC, Quality and Manufacturing business processes
  • SAP MRP, BOM Development/Maintenance, MRP, Inventory Management, and Quality Management
  • Delivering aspects of reporting and analytic deliverables for projects on the 1ERP SAP S/4 HANA platform
  • Supporting our recurring/existing customer base and new project/program initiatives
  • Duties with SAP/SmartMES including requirement analysis, configuration, realization, testing, post-implementation support, training, and knowledge transfer

This position will offer a hybrid of telework and onsite presence. Eligible candidates must be local to one of our offices in:

  • El Segundo, CA
  • Redondo Beach, CA

Basic qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field and 14 years of experience is required; a Master’s degree in STEM or related field and 12 years’ experience.  In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, one year of relevant experience may be substituted for each year of the 4 years of education
  • Must have at least an active Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain SAP/SAR security clearance, as necessary per business requirements
  • Must have experience managing, supervising, or leading cross functional teams/IPT’s and/or individuals
  • Functional/business process knowledge or expertise spanning GSC, MRP, procurement, shop floor and reporting/analytics activities
  • Leads recurring/existing customer base and new project initiatives
  • Experience in aspects of project management
  • Experience in providing strategic direction regarding ES products, processes, applications, and technology
  • Be local to and able to go on site at one of our offices in El Segundo, CA or Redondo Beach, CA

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with complex hardware and software implementation projects
  • Experience with software development, software integration, implementation delivery of SAP/SmartMES/Hana products in our NG environment
  • Familiarity with Engineering and Shopfloor Systems (Enovia/Solumina and CPLM/SmartMES)
  • Familiarity with Safe/Agile Experience with SAP/1ERP application implementation efforts
  • Data integration background.
  • Excellent leadership characteristics
  • Demonstrated experience presenting and working with PMR’s, growth or strategic plans to leadership or government customer
  • Experience working with and presenting to all levels of the organization from individual contributor to IPT leadership to program leadership

Salary Range: $141,800 USD - $212,800 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
