Northrop Grumman's Enterprise Services Sector is seeking a Director of Enterprise Wide Apps 1.

This position will require regular presence in the office, offering some telework. Candidates must be local to one of the following Northrop Grumman office sites:

  • El Segundo, CA
  • Baltimore, MD

Main responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of multi disciplinary SAP business analysts that's supporting special programs
  • This job will require you to manage a team of approximately 20-30 people
  • Dealing with multiple direct programs that will require security clearance

Other duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Day to Day People and team management (including monitoring backlog).
  • Making sure that 1 on 1 is being executed.
  • Goals are being set for people, midyear is being done and PMP is being done at year end.
  • Monitoring various budgets, which include team budget, recurring budget, travel budget, training, etc.
  • Ensuring an up to date manpower plan, at least 1/quarter.
  • Deconflict resources when necessary and making sure that the people assigned to the different projects are staying on top of their assignments
  • Nurturing the customer relationship and ensuring a smooth working relationship with our partners (NextGen, Controllers, and L2/BP)
  • Developing and maintaining business systems strategic roadmap by working with the multiple stakeholders
  • Working with leadership in multiple special programs to ensure that requirements are being satisfied and balancing all the requirements are being balanced with the unclassified side

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree with at least 20 years relevant experience or Master's with 15 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with at least 2-3 Full Cycle SAP Implementations
  • Experience with SAP either from technical or functional areas
  • Experience of managing a medium size team successfully (at least 20-30 people)
  • Experience managing a team budget of at least 2-5 million dollars
  • Experience as a People Leader/Engagement Leader
  • History in working with customers in creating strategic roadmap
  • Ability to work with the suppliers
  • Experience as a program manger, managing multiple projects
  • Must have an Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master Degree/MBA
  • Experience with SAP S/4.
  • PMP certified


Salary Range: $171,900 USD - $270,200 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
