Performs variety of activities in support of functional areas such as finance, purchasing, or human resources or for a specific project/business/technical unit. Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources. Compiles, reviews and analyzes data. Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures. Inputs Requisitions for for material and services on Capital and Overhead requests in Costpoint.

This position requires the employee to perform the following tasks;

Ability to solve problems independently

Complete requirements in a fast paced multifaceted environment

Coordinate meetings as needed

Arrange, maintain and modify schedule and associated department activities

Efficient organization of administrative requirements

Receive and interface with contractors

Transfer data between networks

Prepare and adjust travel arrangements and complete expense reports

Answer phone, screen calls and forward messages

Answer 2-way Radio / Support/dispatch Emergency calls

Provide administrative support to Production, Manufacturing, Plant Engineering and others throughout the facility

Use Microsoft Office

Use Concur to make travel arrangements and process expense reports

Maintain Fuel (Diesel Heating, Diesel Off road, Generators, Gas) on daily, monthly, qtly reporting

Procard - support - order for cost centers 321, 304, 305 (and others when asked), order, process, record and submit monthly requirements.

Create On Line Shippers when needed

Generate Plant Engineering Work Orders for those who don't have access.

Manage/maintain process and verify 40 plus Blanket orders (cradle to grave) weekly basis

Problem solve invoicing, touch base and run to ground issues (sometimes with Accounting and or the Vendor)

Manage Requisition Log - update daily, as requisition moves through process I continue to update 

Electronically manage & update Requisition's/PO's/Quotes

Process Overhead & Capital Invoices

Work with group to make sure Capital numbers "hit" for the month - tracking invoicing and following them through the system for processing.

Support / Generate - Capital meeting minutes 

Maintain and update Operations metric's

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must have a high school diploma plus at least 4 years of additional education and/or related experience.
  • Must be a US citizen

Salary Range: $47,900 USD - $79,800 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
