Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a B-2 Air Vehicle Manager at Edwards Air Force Base. The Air Vehicle Manager will report to the B-2 Flight Test Management team, responsible for all aspects associated with the planning, scheduling, implementation, and execution of ground and flight operations in support of the B-2 Flight Test.
The Air Vehicle Manager will interface daily with Northrop Grumman Program and Maintenance Management and with Air Force leadership concerning current and future events related to B-2 maintenance and test operations.
The Air Vehicle Manager will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of engineering, test, and support individuals, and provide day-to-day support for Air Vehicle systems checkout, maintenance, modification, troubleshooting, anomaly resolution, ground test, and vehicle preparation for flight testing.
The Air Vehicle Manager is responsible for compliance with configuration management, configuration control, safety, security, and quality directives.
Brief vehicle status and configuration at Mission Readiness Reviews and present aircraft activity to the Flight Test Requirements Integrated Test Team to ensure upcoming ground tests and operations are well coordinated and planned with the customer.

Basic Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM discipline AND 9 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering OR a Master's degree in a STEM discipline AND 7 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering.
Must have 5 years of relevant flight test experience
Must have prior management/leadership experience
Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance with background investigation within the scope of six years.
Must have ability to obtain and maintain Program Access (PAR) within reasonable time
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with the B-2 aircraft
Basic airframe knowledge
Previous leadership experience
