Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector has a leadership opening for a Test Engineering Manager - Program Support Training to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located at Edwards AFB, CA.
This position supports the B-21 Raider, the world’s first sixth-generation aircraft. When it comes to delivering America’s resolve, the Raider provides the Air Force with long range, high survivability, and mission payload flexibility. The selected manager will assist the Program Training Leads and Functional Homeroom Program Support Training Manager in the development and implementation of the overall Training System Courseware for the Test and Evaluation team.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for the management of Test Program training courseware development and implementation
Serve as the primary Test Program training interface with internal and external customers.

Basic Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor of Science degree and 9 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering, OR a Master's degree AND 7 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering.
Must have prior management/leadership experience.
Must have experience in a system test environment.
Must have experience with developing and implementing a training regimen in a large (i.e., > 300 heads) environment.
Must have an active DoD Secret clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years) and ability to obtain and maintain Program Access (PAR)
Preferred Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years of combined aviation maintenance or manufacturing experience
Significant experience in a developmental/operational test maintenance environment
Experience in a US Air Force Combined Test Force
Experience leading an aircraft operation under DCMA Instruction 8210 oversight.
