We are seeking a Ground Interface Integration and Test Lead to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position can support a hybrid work schedule where most of the work will be done on-site, but we can accommodate partial teleworking upon business/program needs. This position will be located in Redondo Beach, CA.

As the technical lead for Software/Systems I&T planning effort, you will lead the preparation and execution of Milestone Reviews and Qualification Test Campaign. A successful candidate must have proficient understanding of ground systems, ground interfaces, and operational systems and an understanding of the system configuration in order to make test plans, TIS sheets.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in STEM with 14 years of related technical experience; Master's degree in STEM with 12 years of related technical experience; PhD in STEM with 9 years of related technical experience
Active DoD Secret Clearance
Ground systems experience
Coordinated and held formal verification activities including Milestone sell-off events
Experience with configuring a System to support test activities

Preferred Qualifications:

TS/SCI security clearance

Salary Range: $161,000 - $241,400

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
